Orders before 8am AEST are dispatched the same business day. Any order placed after 8am will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow 2-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express domestic shipping.
Yes! We love sending parcels internationally and can’t wait to see you wearing Lebod.
*Please note that Lebod is not liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment or unclaimed goods.
- Email our team at belinda@lebod.com.au stating your full name, order number and details of your request.
- Once we receive your email and approve your return, we will provide you with a returns form.
- Print out the form, fill in all appropriate details and place in the parcel addressed:

Once we have received your returned items in original condition and completed returns form, we will provide you with either a 110% store credit or full refund (excluding any shipping costs LEBOD has outlaid).
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
Please note: the completed return form must be in your returned parcel. If it is not included, this will delay the return process
REFUNDS
We offer returns for refund (excluding any shipping costs LEBOD has outlaid) or an 110% store credit on full priced items (sale products excluded unless faulty) purchased online subject to the following conditions:
- The items are returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Your item must be returned in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be unworn, must be unwashed, must be unmarked, must be unaltered and must be undamaged. Any garment returned that is soiled or damaged in any way, will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES/CREDIT NOTES
To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, your item must be sent within 7 days from when you receive your item. We determine this date from the date received via your tracking number.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be unworn, must be unwashed, must be unmarked, must be unaltered and must be undamaged and returned with the original packaging. Any garment returned that is soiled or damaged in any way, will not receive an exchange or credit note.
